In addition, through the Participant Directed Services (PDS) program, eligible individuals may choose certain family members to serve as their caregiver.

  • Yes, Access Care has a fleet of buses and smaller vehicles to transport our participants to and from their homes and medical appointments.

  • We accept several payment options, including the Kentucky Medicaid Home and Community Based (HCB) Waiver, VA benefits for eligible veterans, long term care insurance, and private pay.
